The Verified Bot Developers server is about bringing all the Discord Developers together in one server. Verified Bot Developers will get their own 'Verified Bot Developer' role and will be able to add their bot to the server as long as it doesn't send join messages in DMs or contain any malicious scripts/code. If you have any bot questions or verification questions, you can ask them in the #development channel. There's also a #verification-faq channel which keeps you updated on the latest Discord news.
