*How does this work?* Everyone is given the representative role upon joining. All laws passed in real life before this server's creation are valid here (they can be overturned, of course). You can submit bills and other legislation in a designated channel. The Speaker will bring bills to the floor when Congress is in session, there you can introduce amendments and vote on them, as well as request to speak. Vote on the finalized bill in the voting channel. If a bill is passed by Congress, it is signed by the President, announced in the server, and recorded in archives.
