The Helix Academy

✦✦ Welcome to Archonia City, home of the esteemed Helix Academy for Enhanced Individuals! ✦✦ In 2019, Los Angeles, California was covered in an experimental energy source. This energy was spread worldwide, giving people, and their children, unique abilities. In response to this, the United Nations decided to create an organization called the International Department of Enhanced Issues and Security (or IDEIS), an intelligence agency tasked with handling the topic of Enhanced Individuals. The IDEIS, working alongside the American Government, created Archonia City a safe haven for Enhanced Individuals everywhere. At its centre, the Helix Academy; a school dedicated to teaching students about their abilities while providing the education of a normal highschool. It is now 2042: The school has just opened, and the children of those affected by the energy all over the world looking have come for a place where they can belong.
