In the two thousand hundred fifties, Mars has become the stable cornerstone of humanity after Earth was lost to its own nuclear devastation. The standing government of Mars, the Empire, has embraced a nature of aggressive politics under an iron fist of the Palace. Between the scarcity of human, and human supporting resources, extreme measures have altered the human society to embrace the autocracy and it's overbearing policies. This is Noctis City, the interim capital of the Empire, where the least of the scarcity is felt, and the condensed wealth of the Empire thrives. Modern Martian culture emphasizes sex and breeding to a high level, and is generally very misogynistic. Most apparent in the casual reduction of female wardrobe: Open crotches are a legal requirement, though shirts, jackets, short skirts, and other clothes are permitted as long as they don't obstruct easy viewing and/or access.
