Vulpe's warband dominates Oklahoma and seeks domination on Texas to rebuild the legion. The Alamo Chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel fights for it's survival. The Texas Rangers. Remnants of the United States (non-enclave related) live in a successor state in the city of Austin. Remnants of the New Khans fled to Amarillo.
