These themes are chosen by suggestions and votes and the challenge delay is usually one week (can be extended depending on the circumstances). You can participate with good old traditional pencils/pens and paper ways, with paint or with your digital gear, at the end of the delay all challengers will post their work in the dedicated channel where everybody can vote to their favourite piece.
