They give the same story: chasing a black or white stage, but failing to catch it after nipping it in some way. After 2 lasting days of writhing in pain, each wolf, a minute after the other, dies. The symptoms are the same for each: bleeding eyes, red vomit, and aggression towards those who try to mend them. Rumors spread that someone from one of the packs made these hunters sick. The packs are hungry, angry, and the thought of war is sitting in the minds of each leader; this sickness had to have came from somewhere! With failure to figure out who caused this, Alphas from all four packs have to deal with their pack mates dropping like flies, and the stench of death sitting in their nostrils heavily. . .
