Wibu Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) is an anime maniac community founded on 27 may 2017 by Respati Ramadhan Agsa, The name of Wibu or (Weeaboo) in English which means non-Japanese people who have an excessive obsession with Japanese culture and act as if they are Japanese. Then the meaning of the Standar Nasional Indonesia or (Indonesian National Standard) in English, is the only standard that applies nationally in Indonesia, if the two are combined the name SNI and Wibu can mean we can pursue Japanese hobbies but we are still citizens who follow the rules in that country.
