The beginning of Thunder City isn't widely known but through here say and rumors are that the land was split from the core of earth by a crazed deity hundreds of years ago, The current year is 1998 and the outside world is unknown by any due to it being inaccessible from Thunder City, as for the city itself it is mostly ran by two major criminal gangs one known as the Purgs and the other known as the Forsaken, If you aren't a part of one of these groups you're either known as dead or an outsider..
