𝒩𝑒𝓌 𝐻𝒶𝓁𝒸𝓎𝑜𝓃 Heroes and Villains, a dichotomy which cannot exist without eachother. Humanity learned this in the early 1960's, during the height of the cold war. There had been myths of great figures wielding the strength of hundreds of men and flying faster than modern jets. However, nothing was concrete. That changed during a drug pandemic. A raise in crimerate caused ordinary people to step up. Yet, when they were not enough, something odd began to happen. People began using powers which defied logic. Some got it from snake bites. Others fell into radiation. This gave rise to heroes, globally. However, not everyone used powers for good. Some powered individuals began using their powers for crime, lining their bank accounts any means necessary. They were called villains. The rest is history. Now, in the capital of powered individuals, where the most heroes and villains exist in one city, life seems to be changing rapidly once more, as technological geniuses and witches alike fight in the streets. Basically, create a hero (or villain... or anything, really) with the lore you want. ERP is allowed. 18+ only.
