The year is 1982 and the story is set in a small place called the Tevyat State, where strange things happen and lots of places can be explored to find the truth behind them. The setting of the story is heavily inspired in Sumeru’s lore, but extended in a way it would affect everyone, involving people from Inazuma, Liyue, etc, and with slight adjustments so it adds some spice. The main problem or what the people are supposed to be afraid of is the strange phenomena that comes up in the news, the psychological effects of it, and the people that are constantly going crazy and start attacking each other. Here are some other details you should take into account about this server: - This is not a modern AU, it's settled in the 80’s, so story wise, technology is not so advanced, the society had different ideals and overall, please do not mention present events like COVID, geopolitics, iPhones, CDs, or whatever thing that can be seen in the present, or hasn't happened until 1981. - The server Lore is heavily inspired by Forbidden Knowledge, and as mentioned, that is part of Sumeru's lore, but in this case, it would affect the Tevyat State. Please take note that any information you may know OOC about Forbidden Knowledge cannot be used IC, as in this AU, no one is supposed to know what it is, nor the effects of it. - There are no visions nor powers on this AU, any unrealistic, unexplainable, or paranormal scenario will be only settled by the administrative roleplayers. - This is a non-oc server, meaning that you can only roleplay with canon characters, this is for making it easier to regulate every story line. - Tevyat in this universe is only a small city, and every region we know about (Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Nathan and Snezhnaya) are just streets! So take that into consideration when talking about your character's origin and current location.
